Friendships and what they are all about

I would like to take a moment to talk some really close friends I have. I have had many aquaintences but we don’t need people around to tell us only what we want to hear or that are only interested in what you have. We need people instead who are loving, caring, responsible, loyal, and that will be there for you no matter what life’s pathways seem to bring. A true friend is interested in what you need and are going through. They accept you for your strengths and weaknesses...and they bring the best out in you! True friends give these things to each other and won'tuse a friendship for selfish gains. They are rare to find, but they are out there. Like all the rest of us, they will have their own bad qualities as well as downsides, but if you find one that has proven their loyalty and earns your respect and trust, hold on to them forever! Your life will be richer as well as more fulfilling.

I Corinthians 13:4-7
"Love is very patient and kind, never jealous or envious, never boastful or proud. Love is never haughty or selfish or rude. Love does not demand it's own way. Love is not irritable or touchy. Love does not hold grudges and will hardly notice when others do it wrong. Love is never glad about injustice, but rejoices whenever truth wins out. If you love someone, you will be loyal to them no matter what the costs. You will always believe in them, always expect the best in them, and will always stand your ground in defending them."

Life is too short to wake up with regrets.
Love the people who treat you right.
Forget about the ones who don't.
Believe everything happens for a reason.
If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands.
If it changes your life, let it.
Nobody said life would be easy.
They just promised it would be worth it.
