Tampico, Il painted mural honoring the Reagans

                                                                            

There are people we all like to remember for the life they lived, kindnesses shown, and their talents shared with others.   This is a mural painted on a building in downtown Tampico. Il. It was done by Don Kirst and Bud Thompson
I knew the gentleman (Don Kirst) that painted this   He was assisted in doing this mural by Prophetstown's Bud Thompson, years ago . I took care of Don in the nursing home. He was a good artist and kind man, He also did chalk drawings of Jesus, which each resident received ..as well as several of his nurses, myself included
