I was just getting ready to write Karen's party....but then decided to send the pictures etc home with sis and let her tell you all about our day. It was the most perfect day Angie!..and one I know we all will remember forever! We really enjoyed our visits with the three elderly lady friends of moms in LC and our "tour" of the old stone quarry we used to play as kids..then on to our friends home...she will tell you all about it I know..the birthday party that night went over exceptionally well..a total surprise to her!! And I think she really enjoyed the "roast", gifts and all..she is bringing the decorations home with her to show you..ha ha They left about an hour ago...a long drive ahead for sure. we had a great weekend!
It was a great day! So many memories shared (getting harder to remember tho!) The party was a blast and a complete surprise. How could so many people know and not me???? I'm really slipping. Thanks sisters, family and friends for making my 65th birthday so special. Love you.
