I have fun watching the little critters despite I once in a while get mad at them. Don’t like it when the skunks come around!! Last year when Doug was sitting on the tailgate of our truck; the garage door was open when he looked down in time to see a skunk going between his feet going into the garage. I was out in back watering my flowers when I heard him hollering “skunk! Skunk!! By that time he had run from the truck into the yard. By that time I went to turn off the hose and observed a rustling of the leaves of my hostas. 3 more skunks came out of them. Talk about a frightening experience . We went into the house til I didn’t see the skunks out back, and decided I had to look into the garage to see if that one had stayed in there. Very carefully I scanned every nook and cranny of the garage and he had left. We saw them again this year going through our yard; they come north of Merlin’s where there is a woods. At least they didn’t spray!! We have seen fox in our neighborhood this year🥰.
