It was just like we used. I didn't buy it but sure was tempted. We went out again today and picked enough to freezer about 9 quarts for the freezer. Bob said we would go out again the end of the week and get some more. Surprisingly, no one else is out picking it this year. They must not realize it is up along the railroad tracks already.( comes up there first)The Gathering Roomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14985508160866013306noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-261767155943992735.post-81230225711517420612008-05-13T13:21:00.000-05:002008-05-13T13:21:00.000-05:00What great memories. We'd pick up the asparagus in piles stacking them a certain way on one arm so that we could having fewer walks back to to canning boxes. At the end of the season the boxes were in the front yard waiting to be returned to the canners . We'd stack them up like steps and then jump off into the piles of leaves. I always enjoyed that!Karen from Ohiohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17449703200647208022noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-261767155943992735.post-90715973296034433342008-05-13T08:12:00.000-05:002008-05-13T08:12:00.000-05:00looks tasty!
